The recognition is based on real-world customer feedback across Dresner Advisory Services’ two industry-rating models, which use its 33-measure evaluation system to assess vendors across customer experience, value and technology performance.
In the 2026 Wisdom of Crowds® Business Intelligence Market Study, ibi placed in the upper-right quadrant of both the Customer Experience and Vendor Credibility models, earning recognition across key areas of customer satisfaction, value and technology.
