Company doubles year-over-year ARR growth rate as new capabilities extend experience context into engineering, customer support and AI agent monitoring
Quantum Metric reported continued growth acceleration in Q3 2026, with its year-over-year annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth rate doubling compared with the end of fiscal 2025.
The company said Q3 marked its fourth consecutive quarter of record ARR growth. ARR added from new customers during the quarter also tripled compared with Q3 2025, while Quantum Metric expects full-year ARR from new customers to more than double compared with FY 2025.
The growth comes as the company expands its experience context platform beyond traditional digital analytics into engineering, customer support and enterprise AI workflows.
Connecting Customer Behavior With Business Outcomes
Quantum Metric describes experience context as the combination of customer behavior, technical signals and feedback with business outcomes in real time.
The approach is intended to give teams and AI systems a clearer understanding of what customers did, why an issue occurred and what business impact resulted. This context can then be used to prioritize actions and measure whether changes improve customer outcomes.
Quantum Metric said its platform captures customer interactions without requiring manual tagging and collects significantly more data than traditional analytics approaches. The company is now applying that data foundation to additional enterprise functions and AI-driven workflows.
Felix Agentic Expands Into Enterprise Operations
During Q3, Quantum Metric expanded Felix Agentic, its AI-driven capabilities for monitoring and analyzing digital experiences.
Background agents can monitor critical digital journeys, identify anomalies in real time and investigate potential root causes. The system also connects detected issues to estimated revenue impact, helping teams prioritize problems based on their potential business consequences.
The expansion moves experience context deeper into day-to-day operational workflows, particularly for teams responsible for digital products and engineering.
Voice of Customer Links Feedback to Behavior
Quantum Metric launched Voice of Customer (VoC) in September to connect survey responses and other customer feedback with session-level behavioral data.
Rather than viewing customer sentiment independently from digital activity, the capability is designed to help teams understand the behavior behind a particular response.
By connecting what customers say with what they actually did during a digital interaction, organizations can identify potential experience issues and better understand their causes.
AI Agent Visibility Tracks AI-Driven Traffic
Quantum Metric also introduced AI Agent Visibility in September as businesses increasingly receive traffic from AI agents.
The capability includes an Agent Probability Score, which estimates whether a session was initiated by an AI agent. Businesses can use the information to identify where AI-driven interactions encounter errors, stall during transactions or abandon tasks.
The platform also allows teams to distinguish AI agent task completion from traditional human conversion metrics. This provides a separate view of how AI-driven traffic performs and where improvements could have a measurable business impact.
Bringing Experience Context to Enterprise AI
Quantum Metric CEO and founder Mario Ciabarra said the company’s focus is shifting from simply helping teams understand customer experiences to providing the same context to enterprise AI systems.
The company argues that AI-generated actions are more useful when agents can understand whether a technical change or recommendation actually affected customers and business outcomes.
With new capabilities spanning digital experience monitoring, customer feedback and AI agent activity, Quantum Metric is positioning experience context as a shared data layer for both human teams and enterprise AI workflows.
