New social listening platform monitors conversations across major networks to identify consumers showing active purchase intent and recommend responses

Digital marketing agency Moburst has launched Intercept, an AI-powered social listening platform designed to help brands identify consumers showing active buying intent across social media and respond while those opportunities are still relevant.

Intercept monitors conversations across platforms including Reddit, LinkedIn, X, Quora, Pinterest, Threads, Instagram and Facebook. The platform analyzes thousands of posts each day and ranks conversations based on their potential commercial relevance, distinguishing direct purchase signals from broader brand mentions.

Ranking High-Intent Conversations

Intercept organizes findings into tiers, with direct purchase signals classified as “Gold Opportunities.” The system is designed to help marketing and sales teams prioritize conversations where a consumer is actively researching or considering a purchase.

The platform also detects and translates posts in other languages, allowing brands to monitor potential opportunities across international markets.

Moburst said the system addresses the scale of social conversations, where manually monitoring relevant posts across multiple platforms can make it difficult for teams to respond quickly.

From Buyer Profile to Suggested Response

Intercept is designed around a three-step workflow. Brands first provide their website domain and ideal buyer profile. The platform then evaluates incoming social posts against those criteria continuously.

Relevant opportunities are delivered through a daily report, with each identified conversation accompanied by a suggested response that teams can review and use.

“Buying signals on social media disappear fast. A prospect posts that they’re ready to buy, and by the time a brand notices, that person has already talked to someone else,” said Gilad Bechar, founder and CEO of Moburst. “Intercept closes that gap. It gives our clients’ teams the lead and a drafted response in the same alert so that they can be first in the conversation instead of last.”

Measuring Pipeline and Missed Opportunities

The platform’s dashboard tracks metrics including estimated pipeline value, return on investment, brand reach and share of voice, giving marketing and sales teams a view of the opportunities generated through social listening.

Intercept also includes a feature called Missed Opps, which resurfaces older potential leads that were not addressed in time. The feature is intended to help teams recover conversations that may otherwise have been overlooked.

“For Intercept users, the tool addresses a problem that has been difficult to solve at scale: reading every relevant post across any platform, every day, is more than any team can do by hand,” said Fernando Ideses, VP of Technology at Growth Labs by Moburst. “Intercept automates that search and hands teams a shortlist instead of a haystack.”

Expanding Moburst’s AI Marketing Portfolio

Intercept is the latest AI-focused product from Moburst. In February 2026, the company launched Growth Labs, a unit focused on developing and scaling AI-powered marketing products.

Moburst also launched Answerburst in August 2026, a sub-brand focused on helping brands improve their visibility within AI-generated responses from systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude.

While Answerburst focuses on how brands appear in AI-generated recommendations, Intercept targets a different part of the customer journey by identifying consumers who are already discussing potential purchases across social platforms.

Intercept is now available to brands seeking to incorporate real-time social listening and lead response into their marketing and sales workflows.
