Digital marketing agency Moburst has acquired Hyperzon, a specialized Amazon marketing agency, expanding its e-commerce capabilities and strengthening its position in AI-powered digital marketing. The acquisition follows Moburst’s recent $11.8 million strategic investment from Chrysalis Holdings, which is supporting the company’s acquisition strategy and AI product development.
Founded by five entrepreneurs, Hyperzon has helped more than 150 brands grow their Amazon businesses, serving clients including Evereden, Primal Harvest, goPure, and Uproot Clean. The agency specializes in Amazon marketplace growth across industries such as supplements, cosmetics, pet care, baby products, home, kitchen, and wellness, with clients reportedly achieving an average 200% increase in Amazon sales within eight months.
Following the acquisition, the company will operate as Hyperzon by Moburst, providing Moburst clients with dedicated Amazon marketplace services, including product listing optimization, storefront management, content creation, media buying, account strategy, and ongoing performance optimization.

Moburst noted that succeeding on Amazon requires more than managing advertising campaigns. Brands must balance paid advertising with organic ranking strategies, leveraging sales velocity to improve product visibility and long-term marketplace performance. Hyperzon’s expertise in these advanced marketplace strategies is expected to complement Moburst’s existing digital marketing services.
The acquisition adds 30 Hyperzon employees to Moburst, forming a specialized e-commerce growth unit within the company’s broader digital transformation business.
