The customer experience and BPO provider’s new CEO will focus on sustainable expansion, employee experience and long-term client relationships as the company grows its global operations.

Ethos Support, a global customer experience (CX) and business process outsourcing (BPO) provider, has appointed co-founder Anne Kirby as chief executive officer. Kirby helped establish the company in 2022 as co-founder and chief operating officer, ahead of its official launch in 2023, and has played a central role in developing its operations, service capabilities, leadership team and client relationships.

With more than 20 years of industry experience, Kirby advocates an approach that connects employee experience with customer satisfaction. In her new role, she will lead the company’s next phase of growth while maintaining its emphasis on personalized service, strong client partnerships and employee well-being.

“What makes Ethos Support special has never been just the services we provide. It’s our people, our clients, the relationships we build, and the genuine care we bring to everything we do,” Kirby said. She added that her priority is to grow the business while ensuring employees feel valued, clients feel supported and the company retains the personal connections that distinguish its service model.

Scaling Operations and Global Capabilities

Under Kirby’s leadership as COO, Ethos Support expanded its customer support, technical support, trust and safety, and back-office services. The company has grown from a startup into a global team of more than 200 professionals, with two physical office locations in the Philippines.

The company also recently achieved SOC 2 Type II certification, reinforcing its focus on information security, operational controls and accountability.

Ethos Support serves businesses across e-commerce, travel, hospitality, software-as-a-service (SaaS) and technology. Its outsourcing services are designed to help growing brands manage customer interactions and operational workloads while maintaining service quality.

A People-First Leadership Approach

Kirby’s appointment reflects the company’s emphasis on combining operational execution with an employee-centered culture.

“Anne has a rare gift for leading with deep empathy while keeping our team entirely focused on our ultimate goals,” said Jon Mendoza, senior manager of operations at Ethos Support. He highlighted her ability to support employees while translating the company’s vision into operational results.

The company’s people-first approach also features in its client relationships. Mayumi Ando, director of e-commerce and creative strategy at Maison Berger USA, said the partnership with Ethos Support, which began in early 2024, has developed into an extension of her organization’s team.

Ando highlighted the continuity of the support team over two years, along with Kirby’s involvement in understanding the client’s business and matching its needs with the right resources. She also emphasized the importance of trust, communication and employee care in delivering a consistent customer experience.

Prioritizing Sustainable Growth

As CEO, Kirby plans to continue expanding Ethos Support without losing the service culture and close relationships that have shaped the company since its founding.

“We don’t aspire to be the biggest outsourcing company,” Kirby said. “We want to be the company our clients trust, our employees are proud to be part of, and our partners genuinely enjoy working with. Growth matters, but how we grow matters just as much.”

Her appointment places continued emphasis on balancing business expansion with service quality, employee engagement and long-term client partnerships as Ethos Support develops its global BPO operations.
