Former Grey Group executive brings more than 35 years of global marketing and operations experience to lead Monks’ EMEA business

Monks, the digital marketing, advertising, and technology services business of S4Capital, has appointed Nirvik Singh to its Executive Leadership Team as CEO EMEA Marketing Services, effective October 1, 2026.

Singh will lead Monks’ marketing services operations across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, with a focus on strengthening commercial growth, coordinating multi-market operations, and expanding the company’s integrated approach to creative, media, data, and technology.

Singh joined the S4Capital Board of Directors as an independent Non-Executive Director in May 2025. Following his transition into the executive role, he will retire from the board.

Singh Brings Global Agency Leadership Experience

Singh brings more than 35 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business operations across five continents. Before joining Monks, he served as Global Chief Operating Officer and President International at Grey Group, where he oversaw operations across Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

During his career, Singh has worked with global brands including Procter & Gamble, The Coca-Cola Company, Volvo, BAT, and Haleon. His experience spans creative strategy, regional operations, technology, and commercial management across multiple markets.

Expanding Monks’ EMEA Leadership

Singh will work alongside Monks Chief Revenue Officer EMEA Alex Oberberg and the company’s EMEA country managing directors. He will report to Bruno Lambertini, CEO of Monks Marketing Services.

In his new role, Singh will oversee a regional operating structure that brings together brand strategy, creative production, content orchestration, media, and data capabilities.

The appointment comes as Monks continues to strengthen its leadership structure across EMEA and develop its unitary operating model, which is designed to integrate creative, media, and technology capabilities within a single organization.

Focus on Integrated Marketing Services

According to Monks, the company is increasingly focused on helping brands manage marketing activities through more connected workflows spanning creative development, media intelligence, content, and AI-enabled technologies.

Singh said the role will focus on balancing operational efficiency with creative quality and measurable business outcomes as marketers manage tighter budgets and increasingly complex media environments.

Lambertini said Singh’s experience in international operations and his familiarity with Monks’ business will support the company’s efforts to expand its EMEA presence.

Leadership Transition Comes as Monks Expands EMEA Operations

Singh’s move from the S4Capital board into an executive leadership position represents a shift from governance to direct operational leadership within the group.

As CEO EMEA Marketing Services, he will be responsible for coordinating Monks’ regional teams and capabilities while supporting the company’s broader strategy of integrating creative, media, data, and technology services for enterprise clients.
