LiveWorld, Inc. has appointed Rob Thomas as Vice President, Creative Director, expanding its creative leadership team to support growing demand for its AI-powered healthcare marketing services.
Thomas brings more than 18 years of creative leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where he has developed omnichannel marketing campaigns for global healthcare brands. In his new role, he will lead a second creative team focused on serving LiveWorld’s expanding portfolio of Fortune 100 pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.
He will oversee the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns across social media, digital marketing, paid media, video, conversational experiences, and emerging digital engagement channels. Thomas will also collaborate with strategy, account, and product teams to deliver compliant, data-driven campaigns tailored to highly regulated healthcare environments.
Before joining LiveWorld, Thomas held senior creative leadership positions at Publicis Health, Inkubate, Precision AQ, and McCann, where he led multidisciplinary teams serving healthcare professionals (HCPs), patients, and market access audiences. He is also recognized for integrating artificial intelligence into creative production workflows, helping agencies improve efficiency, scalability, and quality while maintaining regulatory compliance.
“Rob represents exactly the kind of leader we are investing in as demand for our healthcare digital marketing services continues to grow,” said Peter Friedman, Chairman and CEO of LiveWorld. “His combination of pharmaceutical expertise, creative leadership, and practical AI experience will help our clients deliver more innovative, compliant, and measurable customer experiences.”
The appointment aligns with LiveWorld’s broader strategy of expanding its Human-Led, AI-Powered marketing solutions, combining artificial intelligence with human expertise to enhance customer engagement, marketing performance, and decision-making for healthcare organizations.
In addition to his marketing career, Thomas previously served in the United States Coast Guard, where he participated in search and rescue missions and maritime law enforcement operations.
