Nearly 20-year collaboration expands into SAP Customer Experience, with initial focus on SAP Sales Cloud v2

Trifork and SAP are expanding their nearly 20-year relationship through a new reseller agreement covering SAP Customer Experience (CX).

The agreement adds SAP CX to Trifork’s existing portfolio of SAP partnerships and is designed to strengthen the company’s ability to help organizations connect customer-facing processes with their broader business and technology environments.

The initial focus of the agreement will be SAP Sales Cloud v2.

Growing Demand for Customer Experience Technology

The expanded partnership comes as Trifork reports increasing customer interest in solutions that connect sales, marketing, and customer data with core business processes.

SAP has also been expanding its CX portfolio around artificial intelligence, data, and integrated business execution, creating an opportunity for Trifork to extend its existing SAP capabilities into customer experience.

Trifork combines SAP technologies with its own products and platforms, software engineering expertise, and implementation capabilities to address complex enterprise technology requirements.

Trifork as an SAP CX Customer

Trifork also brings direct experience using SAP CX technologies within its own organization. The company currently uses SAP Sales Cloud v2 and SAP Engagement Cloud across its business.

This experience gives Trifork teams practical knowledge of the platforms alongside their technical and implementation expertise, which the company plans to apply when helping customers deploy SAP CX solutions.

Extending a Long-Term SAP Relationship

The new reseller agreement represents the latest expansion of Trifork’s relationship with SAP, which has continued for almost two decades.

Jørn Larsen, Founder and CEO of Trifork, said the company sees SAP Customer Experience as a natural extension of its established SAP business and an opportunity to combine SAP’s technology with Trifork’s engineering and implementation capabilities.

The expanded collaboration is expected to support organizations looking to integrate customer experience processes more closely with their wider enterprise systems while leveraging AI and data-driven capabilities within SAP’s CX portfolio.
