Recognition highlights TP’s ability to combine global scale, localized execution, AI-driven innovation and customer-focused delivery across Latin America.

TP has received Frost & Sullivan’s 2026 Latin America Competitive Strategy Leadership Recognition in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) industry. The recognition highlights the company’s approach to combining strategic discipline, operational efficiency and technology-enabled innovation to deliver value for clients across the region.

Frost & Sullivan evaluates companies across two core dimensions: strategy effectiveness and strategy execution. TP was recognized for aligning its strategic priorities with local market requirements while maintaining consistent delivery through its global technology platforms, operating frameworks and governance standards.

“TP reinforces strategic effectiveness through its ability to translate global scale into local execution,” said Sebastian Menutti, industry director, ICT at Frost & Sullivan. He noted that the company combines enterprise-wide capabilities with implementation approaches tailored to local market conditions.

Regional Scale and Operational Resilience

Guided by its Future Forward strategy, TP operates across 16 Latin American countries through an integrated regional model. Its delivery network spans local and nearshore operations, as well as opportunities involving Spain and broader European markets.

The company’s operating approach emphasizes productivity, automation, governance and capacity planning to support consistent execution, optimize resources and maintain operational resilience. These capabilities also enable continued investment in innovation and long-term growth as customer expectations evolve.

Advancing AI-Driven Customer Experience

Innovation remains central to TP’s strategy through TP.ai, which combines artificial intelligence, human expertise and digital technologies to expand service capabilities and develop new business opportunities.

The acquisition of Agents Only further strengthens TP’s position in AI data services through an on-demand, AI-enabled crowdsourcing model. Together, these initiatives support the development of locally originated innovations that can be scaled across Latin America and into global markets.

“Our strategy is designed to turn innovation into meaningful business value for our clients,” said Andrés Bernal, LATAM president at TP. He added that combining AI, human expertise, global capabilities and strong local execution helps organizations transform customer experience while building for long-term growth.

Entrepreneurial Culture and Customer Value

Frost & Sullivan also highlighted TP’s operating culture, which combines an entrepreneurial ownership mindset with the discipline and resources of a large enterprise platform. This approach is intended to help teams make decisions quickly and address operational challenges closer to where they occur.

“A distinctive combination of entrepreneurial culture, operating philosophy, and innovation leadership differentiates TP, as competitors struggle to achieve similar results,” said Samantha Fisher, best practices research analyst at Frost & Sullivan.

TP’s customer value strategy integrates price-to-performance, customer experience and brand equity. Its use of automation and AI-enabled delivery models aims to improve productivity while maintaining service quality. Outcome-based and shared-risk commercial arrangements further align service performance with client objectives.

The company’s geographically diversified delivery model, security framework and standardized operating practices also support consistent service execution across markets.

Supporting the Evolution of CXM

The recognition reflects a broader shift in the Latin American CXM market, where clients increasingly expect measurable business outcomes, operational resilience and digitally enabled customer engagement.

Frost & Sullivan commended TP for combining human expertise with intelligent technologies to help clients move beyond traditional customer service operations toward integrated customer experience ecosystems.

The annual Competitive Strategy Leadership Recognition honors companies that demonstrate effective strategy development and execution, contributing to improvements in market position, customer satisfaction and competitive performance. Frost & Sullivan’s broader Best Practices awards recognize organizations for achievements in leadership, technological innovation, customer service and strategic product development.
