Former Five9 and Aspect Software product executive to lead the company’s expansion of AI-powered contact center technology across regulated industries
LinkLive has appointed Mike Bourke as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in contact center software and artificial intelligence to the company as it expands its Agentic AI capabilities across regulated industries.
LinkLive provides an AI-enabled cloud contact center platform serving more than 1,100 organizations across financial services, healthcare, and government. Bourke will focus on accelerating adoption of the company’s AI-powered customer engagement technology while extending its applications across additional regulated markets.
Extensive Contact Center Experience
Bourke joins LinkLive after more than 20 years in contact center software leadership. He previously served as Senior Vice President of Product at Five9, where he led the company’s expansion into workforce optimization and automation.
During his tenure at Five9, Bourke helped grow the business from approximately $20 million in revenue to a $150 million run rate in less than three years and led the acquisitions of Whendu and Virtual Observer.
He also served as Chief Product Officer at Aspect Software and held product leadership positions at Verint and Witness Systems.
Most recently, Bourke co-founded and served as CEO of TrampolineAI, a healthcare contact center AI company. The company deployed real-time agent intelligence for healthcare payers and processed more than 300,000 member and provider interactions before being acquired by Voicegain.
Expanding Agentic AI in Regulated Markets
LinkLive said Bourke’s appointment comes as organizations in highly regulated sectors seek AI-powered customer service while maintaining strict security and compliance requirements.
The company’s Journey Orchestration Engine is designed to coordinate customer interactions across voice, chat, and digital channels. Its Agentic AI capabilities allow specialized AI agents to handle multi-step customer service tasks while transferring interactions between automated systems and human agents without losing context.
The platform operates within an encrypted and auditable environment designed for organizations with regulatory requirements.
Focus on Measurable Customer Outcomes
LinkLive said its existing customers are already seeing measurable results from its AI-enabled platform.
United Way of Greater Chattanooga has achieved a 78% first-call resolution rate, while CSI BPO has reduced support costs by 50%. North Memorial Health also integrated the platform with Epic in four months.
Bourke said his focus will be on extending these outcomes across financial services, healthcare, government, and other regulated sectors where security and trust are central requirements.
Leadership Backing
LinkLive co-founder and board member Perry Price said Bourke’s experience in contact center technology and customer-focused product development makes him suited to lead the company as AI adoption expands.
LinkLive’s majority owner, Invictus Growth Partners, also highlighted Bourke’s industry experience as the company enters its next phase of growth.
The appointment comes as LinkLive seeks to expand the use of agentic AI beyond traditional contact center automation, with a focus on combining AI-driven service with the security, compliance, and auditability required by regulated organizations.
