Telgorithm has introduced its new Rich Communication Services (RCS) Business Messaging suite, featuring one of the industry’s first session-based Conversational RCS billing models designed to support scalable AI-powered customer interactions.

Unlike traditional per-message pricing, the new Conversational RCS model allows businesses to exchange unlimited two-way messages within a 24-hour session for a single flat fee. This approach helps reduce messaging costs for AI-driven customer support, virtual assistants, and conversational commerce while enabling richer customer engagement.

The RCS Business Messaging suite includes three messaging formats:

  • RCS Rich Message for branded transactional notifications such as one-time passwords, authentication codes, and service alerts.
  • RCS Rich Media Message for interactive marketing campaigns featuring images, videos, rich cards, carousels, and other multimedia content.
  • Conversational RCS Business Messaging for continuous two-way conversations under a predictable session-based pricing model.

To improve message reliability, the platform includes AI-powered fallback technology that automatically detects whether a recipient’s device supports RCS. If RCS is unavailable, messages are seamlessly delivered through SMS, ensuring uninterrupted communication.

The solution also incorporates Telgorithm’s patented Smart Queueing technology to optimize message delivery during high-volume traffic, helping businesses maintain reliable performance while avoiding delivery bottlenecks and rate-limit issues.

With this launch, Telgorithm aims to help organizations deliver branded, interactive customer experiences while simplifying the adoption of AI-enabled messaging and reducing communication costs at scale.
