Company receives Leader positioning across Americas, APAC, and EMEA, with recognition for its vision, technology, and CX delivery capabilities

Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC) has been named a Leader in Everest Group’s Customer Experience Management (CXM) Services PEAK Matrix® 2026 across the Americas, Asia-Pacific (APAC), and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Of the 63 CXM service providers evaluated, Concentrix was one of only two companies to achieve Leader positioning across all three regions. The company also received the highest position on the vision axis in each region.

Strong Performance Across Global Markets

Everest Group highlighted Concentrix’s capabilities in relationship management, innovation, analytics, responsiveness, domain expertise, commercial flexibility, and operational delivery.

In the EMEA assessment, Concentrix received the highest possible scores for portfolio mix, vision and strategy, and scope of services.

The company also retained and strengthened its position across the vision and capability dimensions in the Americas and APAC, despite increased competition in both markets.

Combining AI, Technology and Human Expertise

The recognition reflects Concentrix’s approach to integrating people, technology, and operations through its proprietary iX Suite, autonomous capabilities, Agentic Operating Framework (AOF), and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE).

The company said these capabilities are helping enterprises operationalize AI while redesigning operating models around measurable business outcomes.

Concentrix cited several recent customer results, including a 53% increase in sales conversion rates through generative AI-powered advisor assistance, a 56% increase in revenue per chat following AI-driven sales training, and a 20-fold increase in monthly revenue through a redesigned customer success operating model.

CX Services Shift Toward Outcomes

Everest Group’s 2026 assessment reflects a broader shift in the CXM services market, with enterprises increasingly focused on integrating emerging technologies into their operational models.

The report identified consulting-led transformation, production-ready technology, and accountability for business outcomes as key factors in accelerating value realization.

It also noted that growth in CXM is increasingly being driven by operational complexity, technology adoption, and measurable outcomes rather than contact volumes alone.

Eleventh Consecutive Leader Recognition

The latest recognition marks the eleventh consecutive year that Concentrix has achieved Leader positioning in Everest Group’s CXM PEAK Matrix.

This year’s evaluation considered operational services, value-added services, CX consulting and process optimization, and technology, reflecting the expanding range of capabilities enterprises require as they deploy AI at scale.

Concentrix President and CEO Chris Caldwell said the company’s focus is on helping enterprises integrate human expertise and AI into real-world operations to deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
