Revenue orchestration company reports 12x growth in AI credit consumption and increased adoption of AI-powered sales workflows
Outreach, an agentic AI platform for revenue teams, reported strong momentum across the first half of 2026, highlighted by 480% year-over-year growth in AI annual recurring revenue (ARR) during the second quarter of its fiscal year.
The company also reported a 12-fold increase in consumption of AI credits as customers increasingly incorporate AI into revenue workflows. Outreach’s Kaia conversational intelligence and meeting assistant saw engagement increase by 40%.
The company said the results indicate that revenue organizations are moving beyond evaluating AI technologies and increasingly using AI agents to execute day-to-day sales activities.
AI Agents Drive Customer Results
Outreach cited several customer examples to demonstrate the impact of its AI-powered workflows.
At SolarWinds, an AI win-back agent generated a 45% reply rate, reactivated more than 100 accounts, and reopened $200,000 in pipeline.
At Resi, customers have generated more than 1.4 million Kaia recordings, contributing to a 35% win rate among mid-market account executives.
The company said its AI agents are designed to automate repetitive revenue tasks while allowing sales representatives to focus on relationship-building, strategy, and higher-value activities.
Expanding Agentic AI Capabilities
Outreach attributed its growth to continued development of its agentic AI platform, including Omni Agent, Agent Studio, and its MCP connector suite.
The company is also highlighting several AI capabilities at Dreamforce 2026, including:
- Outreach Omni: A conversational agent designed to turn revenue insights into actions across different stages of the sales cycle.
- Agent Studio: A visual environment for building AI-powered workflows, including lead engagement and alerts based on inactivity or conversation-risk signals.
- MCP Suite: Connects Outreach AI agents with other AI tools and enterprise technology, allowing revenue teams to surface insights and take actions while maintaining access to relevant context.
- AI Control Hub: Gives administrators centralized visibility and control over AI feature adoption across their organizations.
New AI Features for Revenue Teams
Outreach is also previewing several upcoming capabilities at Dreamforce.
Next Best Actions with Agent Studio will allow administrators to create customized agents through conversational configuration. These agents can analyze customer context, previous engagements, conversations, and public information to identify buying signals and potential risks.
Reply Agent is designed to identify the intent behind inbound responses and generate personalized replies using company content and revenue operations guidance.
Meanwhile, AI Topics Explorer will give revenue leaders greater control over sales conversation analysis, allowing them to examine topics such as products, competitors, security concerns, and seller skills across specific sales segments.
Recognition for AI and Revenue Technology
Outreach recently received six 2026 TrustRadius Top Rated awards across AI Sales Agents, Conversational Intelligence, Revenue Forecasting, Sales Acceleration, Revenue Operations, and Sales Engagement.
The company also received a 2026 Ecosystem Compass Award recognizing its partner program.
According to Outreach CEO Abhijit Mitra, the increasing use of AI across the platform reflects a shift toward revenue teams combining human decision-making with AI agents that can execute tasks.
The company expects agentic AI to play an increasingly important role in helping revenue organizations build pipeline, accelerate deals, and improve forecasting as adoption moves from experimentation into broader operational use.
