RedCloud Holdings plc (Nasdaq: RCT) has launched RedAI Sales, an intelligent application designed to help sales and field operations teams improve trade execution across fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) supply chains.
The new application extends RedCloud’s RedAI product family to a second audience within distributor organizations, following the launch of RedAI Strategy in Nigeria earlier this year. RedAI Sales is initially available in English to enterprise and mid-market customers, with the first rollout targeting 30 distributor customers already participating in the RedAI Strategy deployment.
RedAI CORE Makes Commercial Debut
The launch also marks the commercial debut of RedAI CORE (Compounding Operating Runtime Engine), RedCloud’s trade execution infrastructure.
CORE enables sales and field teams to configure and manage warehouses, distribution structures, sales territories, routes and sales teams. It also allows organizations to allocate sales representatives to routes and monitor sales effectiveness using current operational data.
RedCloud previously unveiled CORE on July 13, 2026, describing it as the foundation for its AI-powered trade execution strategy.
Connecting Sales Execution With Predictive Intelligence
RedAI Sales is designed to address inventory and sales challenges faced by FMCG distributors operating at the last mile.
RedCloud estimates that the global FMCG industry loses approximately $2 trillion in inventory value each year because of stockouts, excess inventory and reactive pricing.
The company plans to integrate RAID (Realtime AI for Distribution) into RedAI Sales as adoption grows. RAID is intended to provide SKU-, customer- and territory-level demand predictions and translate those insights into recommendations for sales teams.
The goal is to help distributors determine where sales resources should be deployed and which products and customers are most likely to generate additional revenue.
Mobile Sales Application Planned for Q4
RedCloud is also developing a dedicated mobile RedAI Sales application for individual sales representatives, with a planned launch in Q4 2026.
The mobile experience is expected to provide representatives with prioritized routes, sales visits and stock recommendations, helping field teams focus their time on the opportunities most likely to drive sales.
Building an AI-Powered FMCG Operating Platform
RedCloud said RedAI Sales is the latest application in a broader pipeline of RedAI products planned for commercial rollout.
The company’s strategy combines CORE, which provides the operational infrastructure to execute sales activities, with RAID, which is designed to add predictive intelligence as customer data and adoption increase.
“We built RAID to predict and CORE to act,” said Justin Floyd, CEO and Co-Founder of RedCloud. “Today, CORE goes live for the people closest to the sale — giving field and sales teams the execution infrastructure to configure and run their territories, with RAID’s predictive intelligence layering in as adoption grows.”
The launch represents another step in RedCloud’s strategy to bring AI-powered decision-making and trade execution directly into FMCG distribution operations.
