Performacentric has announced the closed beta of the Performacentric Decision Intelligence Engine (PDIE), an AI-driven platform designed to help small and mid-sized businesses unify data from multiple business systems and generate actionable insights to improve operational performance.

PDIE connects data across platforms such as CRM, accounting, ERP, fulfillment, and HRIS systems, eliminating information silos and providing organizations with a centralized view of business operations. The platform enables users to ask business questions in natural language and receive recommendations based on live, cross-functional data.

In addition to its conversational interface, PDIE delivers monthly intelligence reports that identify operational inefficiencies, prioritize improvement opportunities, and recommend actions aimed at increasing profitability. Performacentric estimates that businesses participating in the beta could identify 10% to 20% margin improvements within the first year by implementing the platform’s recommendations.

The company said the platform is designed to replace manual reporting and spreadsheet-based analysis with real-time, AI-powered decision support, helping organizations make faster and more informed business decisions.

The closed beta is open to small and mid-market businesses operating across multiple disconnected software systems. Participants will receive early access to the platform, customized monthly recommendation reports, and the opportunity to provide feedback that will help shape PDIE’s future development.
