Ours Privacy, a HIPAA-compliant customer data platform built specifically for healthcare marketers, has raised $15 million in an oversubscribed Series A funding round led by Lightbank and Health Velocity Capital, with participation from existing investors including Rock Health, Lakehouse, TMV, Switch Ventures, Starfire Ventures, and GreyMatter.

The funding will support Ours Privacy’s continued investment in its privacy-first marketing and data infrastructure platform, helping healthcare organizations run effective marketing campaigns while meeting increasingly strict data privacy and compliance requirements.

Healthcare marketers have historically relied on growth and data technologies developed for e-commerce and consumer technology. However, increasing regulatory scrutiny around the handling of protected health information has made traditional tracking and advertising approaches more challenging.

Ours Privacy aims to address this challenge by providing healthcare marketers with a unified platform that combines server-side tracking, data management, privacy controls, consent management, analytics, and marketing optimization.

The platform allows organizations to collect and connect data from multiple sources while filtering sensitive information before it reaches advertising platforms or analytics tools.

The future of healthcare marketing is privacy-first. Putting privacy first makes marketing not only safer, but better,” said Adam Putterman, co-founder and chief revenue officer of Ours Privacy.

Founded in 2024 by Jessica Holton, Adam Putterman, and Tyler Zey, Ours Privacy was created after the founders encountered challenges finding compliant marketing and analytics infrastructure for their telehealth company, Ours Wellness.

The company has since expanded its platform beyond compliance tools to include growth capabilities such as A/B testing and advanced analytics, giving healthcare marketers access to performance tools within a privacy-focused environment.

Ours Privacy currently serves more than 200 healthcare organizations, ranging from large healthcare companies to digital health startups.

Investors highlighted the company’s healthcare-specific approach to combining compliance and marketing performance.

“Ours Privacy didn’t build a compliance layer and call it a day — they built an entire growth stack that rivals anything else on the market, all in one place,” said Eric Ong, partner at Lightbank.

The Series A funding will enable Ours Privacy to expand its platform and support more enterprise healthcare organizations as privacy regulations continue to evolve.

“We’ve built the infrastructure that makes prioritizing patient privacy and driving meaningful growth possible,” said Jessica Holton, co-founder and CEO of Ours Privacy. “This round allows us to accelerate that vision and bring it to far more organizations across the industry.”
