Onclusive has launched GEO Analytics, a new Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) solution that enables PR, communications, and marketing teams to monitor, analyze, and improve how their brands are represented across leading AI search platforms.
Developed by the global media intelligence company behind Critical Mention, GEO Analytics addresses the growing challenge of brand visibility in AI-powered search. As consumers increasingly rely on AI assistants for recommendations, comparisons, and summaries instead of traditional search engines, organizations need better insight into how these platforms portray their brands and why competitors may receive greater visibility.
The platform tracks brand representation across five major AI engines—ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok, and Perplexity—supporting analysis in multiple languages and markets.
According to Peter Harris, CEO of Onclusive, AI search platforms are becoming a key influence on consumer trust and purchasing decisions, yet many organizations still lack visibility into the information shaping AI-generated responses. GEO Analytics is designed to provide actionable insights that help brands understand and improve their AI search presence.
The solution introduces several new capabilities, including Priority Source Targets, which identify and rank the websites, publications, and platforms that have the greatest influence on AI-generated responses. Instead of simply counting citations, the feature prioritizes sources based on their potential impact and the effort required to improve visibility.
GEO Analytics also includes automated anomaly detection, allowing teams to identify significant changes in AI search results, emerging reputation risks, or competitor narratives as they occur. Additionally, Perception Summaries provide detailed explanations of how each AI engine characterizes a brand, outlining key themes, reasoning, and supporting sources.
To further improve analysis, the platform features an 11-category source classification system that categorizes the information influencing AI responses across news outlets, owned media, review sites, social platforms, reference content, and other digital sources.
Jennifer Roberts, Chief Marketing Officer at Onclusive, noted that the company originally developed GEO Analytics to monitor its own AI search visibility and better understand how AI-generated responses influence customer decisions. The platform now enables organizations to measure the effectiveness of their communications strategies while demonstrating their impact on AI-driven brand discovery.
With GEO Analytics, Onclusive aims to help organizations adapt to the rise of AI search by providing greater transparency into how brands are perceived, which sources shape AI-generated content, and what actions can improve visibility across the rapidly evolving AI search ecosystem.
