Digital experience intelligence company reports more than 100% year-over-year growth in multi-product ARR, alongside new AI tools and expanded partnerships
Fullstory has reported strong first-half FY27 momentum, with multi-product annual recurring revenue (ARR) growing more than 100% year over year as large enterprises expand their use of the company’s behavioral intelligence and AI capabilities.
The company said its largest customer segment has continued to deliver double-digit growth, with new business across retail, financial services, technology and hospitality. Several Fortune 100 brands were among the customers added or expanded during the first half of the fiscal year.
Fullstory attributed the growth in part to increased adoption of its AI products, including Fullstory MCP, StoryAI Agents and Agentic Session Review.
AI Products Drive Platform Expansion
Fullstory has expanded its product portfolio around the use of behavioral data by AI systems.
Fullstory MCP connects AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini with live behavioral context, allowing teams to investigate user sessions and identify potential sources of friction. The company said weekly MCP tool calls increased tenfold in Q2, while call volume has more than doubled each month since launch.
StoryAI Agents are designed to identify and prioritize user experience issues automatically, reducing the need for teams to manually retrieve and analyze behavioral data.
The company has also expanded Workflow Intelligence, which uses browser-based data capture to analyze internal processes, identify potential automation opportunities and measure time and effort savings.
Agentic Session Review Targets AI Development Workflows
In July 2026, Fullstory introduced Agentic Session Review (ASR), a capability designed specifically for AI coding agents rather than human users manually reviewing session recordings.
The technology enables agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex and Devin to access production sessions from a terminal, analyze structured event data and investigate specific points in a user journey.
Fullstory has also introduced purpose-built MCP tools that allow agents to open, zoom into and compare session data. Integrations with platforms including Sentry, Datadog, Segment, LangSmith, Intercom, Linear and LaunchDarkly can provide a direct path from an identified issue to the behavioral session associated with it.
Customer Results Across Industries
Fullstory highlighted several customer examples demonstrating how organizations are applying behavioral intelligence to digital experience optimization.
Jaguar Land Rover used Fullstory data to identify friction in its mobile experience and redesigned parts of its customer journey. The company said the changes contributed to an increase in its mobile app rating from 1.2 stars to 4.8 stars.
An international hospitality company identified what Fullstory described as $17 million in digital friction during its first three months using StoryAI Opportunities. The organization also discovered that 12% of search-page traffic was generated by bots and introduced automated filtering. Platform usage subsequently expanded to more than 320 active users.
A Fortune 500 financial institution used behavioral data to analyze its online banking enrollment process, reporting a 10.8% increase in conversion rates. The organization also identified a loan conversion module with insufficient expected ROI and avoided a planned $1 million investment after analyzing its performance.
Expanding AI and Cloud Partnerships
Fullstory has continued to expand its presence across major cloud and AI ecosystems.
In July, the company became a Snowflake Select Partner, allowing customers to transact its behavioral intelligence solutions through the Snowflake Marketplace. Fullstory also became available through the Anthropic Marketplace, OpenAI Directory, Cursor Marketplace and Google Gemini Enterprise.
The company was additionally named Technology Partner of the Year by Intercom, now Fin, in February 2026 for its integration of session insights with Intercom’s AI-powered customer engagement technology.
Fullstory’s partner awards also recognized Fin as Technology Partner of the Year, Snowflake as Cloud Partner of the Year, NTT Data as Rising Star Partner of the Year and LeanConvert as Global Solution Partner of the Year.
Continued Market Recognition
Fullstory said its technology has also received mentions from analyst firms including Gartner, with references in research covering areas such as product analytics, user experience and emerging technology trends.
Scott Voigt, Co-founder and CEO of Fullstory, said the company’s growth reflects increasing demand for high-quality behavioral data as enterprises deploy agentic AI systems.
The company is positioning its platform as a behavioral data layer that can provide structured user context to AI and enterprise technology platforms, with the broader goal of enabling organizations to move from analyzing digital experiences to using AI to identify and address issues proactively.
