New investment will support product development, customer expansion, strategic partnerships, and Capacity’s global growth

Capacity, an agentic support automation platform, has raised more than $54 million in Series E funding, bringing the company’s total capital raised to more than $159 million.

The funding follows a period of rapid growth for Capacity, which surpassed $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) in June. The company said its ARR has increased 20-fold over the past 3.5 years.

The latest investment comes as enterprises increasingly look to consolidate their artificial intelligence investments around fewer, more strategic technology platforms rather than deploying multiple standalone AI tools.

Building a Unified AI Platform

Capacity provides customer experience and support automation capabilities through a shared platform and knowledge orchestration layer. The company’s approach is designed to allow enterprises to deploy and expand AI across customer support operations without rebuilding integrations for individual use cases.

Capacity CEO and founder David Karandish said the company’s strategy is based on a “train once, use everywhere” approach, allowing organizations to apply AI capabilities across multiple channels from a common foundation.

The shift toward platform-based AI is gaining momentum as enterprises move beyond experimentation and focus more heavily on measurable business outcomes and return on investment.

Funding to Accelerate Product Development

Capacity plans to use the new capital to expand research and development across its platform, with continued investment in AI agents, automation, and enterprise knowledge orchestration.

The company also plans to expand its go-to-market and customer success teams to support increasing customer adoption.

Additional investment will focus on strategic partnerships and platform integrations, while supporting Capacity’s international expansion and broader global footprint.

Continued Growth and Expansion

The Series E round adds to several recent growth milestones for Capacity. The company also ranked among the top 10% of the 2026 Inc. 5000, placing it among the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

With the new funding, Capacity plans to deepen its presence across key industries while continuing to expand its AI-powered support automation platform globally.

The investment reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI adoption, as businesses increasingly seek platforms that can support multiple use cases and channels while reducing technology complexity and delivering measurable operational value.
