Enterprise AI training platform expands from roleplay practice to real-call performance tracking, workflow training, and AI-powered coaching

Outdoo AI, an enterprise AI roleplay and training platform for customer-facing teams, has been ranked No. 1 for Best Results and Most Implementable in G2’s Fall 2026 AI Sales Roleplay reports. The recognition comes as the company expands its platform beyond simulated training into real-call performance measurement and AI-powered coaching.

The rankings highlight growing demand for sales-readiness technologies that can demonstrate measurable business outcomes while being deployed quickly across enterprise organizations. Outdoo AI serves customer-facing teams across industries, including insurance, technology, financial services, and other regulated sectors.

Among its enterprise customers, Globe Life Insurance reported a 28% improvement in objection handling, a 3.7x increase in agent practice volume, and more than 40 hours of manager coaching time saved each month after adopting the platform.

Expanding AI-Powered Sales Readiness

Outdoo AI recently introduced several capabilities designed to connect training with real-world sales performance.

Real call performance tracking applies the same AI-based scoring framework used in roleplay sessions to live customer conversations, allowing managers to determine whether trained skills are being applied during actual calls.

The platform also offers contextual roleplays generated from an organization’s own calls, transcripts, and deal information, enabling sales representatives to practice scenarios that more closely reflect the conversations they are likely to encounter.

Another new capability, Workflow Training, allows representatives to rehearse the operational processes that follow customer conversations, including CRM updates and other required workflow steps.

Outdoo AI has also introduced AI Tutors, which transform playbooks, standard operating procedures, and product information into interactive, voice-based training experiences.

Connecting Training With Business Performance

The company says its approach is designed to move sales enablement beyond traditional completion-based metrics and toward measurable improvements in customer conversations and revenue performance.

“Most enablement budgets buy activity and hope it turns into revenue,” said Sachin Sinha, Co-founder and CRO of Outdoo AI. “If a rep’s live calls don’t get better, nothing else on the dashboard counts.”

Outdoo AI has also published research based on more than 150,000 AI-powered roleplays and five enterprise deployments, examining the gap between training completion and real-world sales performance.

Toward Personalized AI Roleplay

The company is now developing systems that can automatically generate roleplay exercises based on individual representative performance.

According to Outdoo AI CEO Snehal Nimje, the goal is to identify skill gaps from real customer conversations and automatically create targeted practice scenarios tied to the deals representatives are currently working on.

The company is also expanding its enterprise presence across technology, financial services, and insurance, with additional capabilities planned for healthcare organizations preparing for the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period.

Outdoo AI’s latest developments reflect a broader shift in sales enablement toward AI systems that connect training, practice, live-call analysis, and coaching within a continuous performance-improvement cycle.
