iQor, a global customer experience business process outsourcing provider, has climbed 11 positions to No. 34 in the Everest Group BPS Top 50™ 2026, reflecting continued growth across its global operations.

The company also ranked No. 10 by percentage growth, placing iQor among the five fastest-growing customer experience BPO providers on the annual global list.

The Everest Group BPS Top 50 ranks the world’s 50 largest third-party business process services providers based on BPS revenue and year-over-year growth. The ranking helps enterprises evaluate providers based on scale and functional capabilities across the global BPO market.

“Our growth is intentional and focused on how to best service our clients and maximize the high value areas of the BPO sector,” said Chris Crowley, President and CEO of iQor. “We’ve expanded our service offerings, strengthened our global footprint and put AI to work alongside our people to run better operations that create better outcomes for clients across the customer lifecycle.”

Enterprise Growth and Strategic Expansion

iQor’s improved ranking follows a year of accelerated expansion that included 28 new enterprise client wins and the acquisitions of OP360 and JumpCrew.

The company also expanded its global footprint by more than 5,300 seats, including the launch of operations in Egypt, which iQor positioned as a strategic multilingual delivery hub.

Everest Group said iQor’s growth reflects a combination of new enterprise customers, deeper expansion within existing accounts and targeted capability expansion through acquisitions.

The research firm also highlighted iQor’s increasing use of AI across its portfolio as an additional growth driver.

Combining AI With Human Expertise

iQor delivers services through its Grow, CXBPO and infinityAiQ pillars, supporting brands throughout the customer lifecycle, from customer acquisition and engagement to retention.

Its proprietary infinityAiQ platform combines AI-enabled insights with human expertise to help organizations improve customer experiences, reduce operating costs and generate greater value from customer interactions.

“iQor is also increasing AI enablement across its portfolio, strengthening its value proposition,” said Akash Verma, Vice President at Everest Group. “Alongside broader capabilities and new cross-sell opportunities, this provides additional levers to sustain its momentum in 2026.”

The company said its strategy is focused on using AI alongside its workforce rather than treating automation as a replacement for human expertise.

Building for Long-Term Growth

iQor’s leadership said the latest ranking reflects continued investment in the company’s operating platform while maintaining financial discipline.

“We are growing in the right places and investing with discipline, while creating a stronger platform for long-term value,” said Lloyd Cochran, CFO of iQor.

Today, iQor supports brands with approximately 45,000 employees across 10 countries, combining global delivery capabilities, customer experience services and AI-enabled technology to support businesses across the customer lifecycle.
