Sprinklr has appointed Thomas Addis as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately, as the company strengthens its go-to-market strategy and accelerates growth across its AI-native Unified Customer Experience Management (Unified-CXM) platform.

Addis will report directly to Rory Read, President and CEO of Sprinklr, and will lead the company’s global revenue organization with a focus on customer engagement, sales execution, and business expansion.

Addis brings more than 20 years of enterprise technology leadership experience across sales, revenue operations, and go-to-market strategy. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Revenue Officer at Bazaarvoice, where he helped nearly double the company’s revenue through a scalable, AI-driven growth model.

Before Bazaarvoice, Addis was CEO of Kinetica, where he aligned product development with go-to-market strategy to drive profitable growth. He also served as Global Chief Revenue Officer at Box, helping scale the company’s commercial operations, and previously held leadership positions at Salesforce, joining the company before its initial public offering and contributing to its growth from $51 million to more than $2 billion in revenue.
