Coevera has launched version 6.2 of its AI-native CRM platform, introducing a suite of new AI-powered capabilities designed to help sales teams better manage relationships, automate data processes, and improve productivity across the sales cycle.
The update expands the role of AI within the platform through enhancements to Voyager AI, Coevera’s embedded intelligence assistant. The release focuses on helping sales professionals navigate complex buying environments while reducing administrative workloads and improving access to actionable insights.
A major addition in the release is Voyager AI Relationship Charts, which automatically helps sales teams map organizational structures, stakeholder networks, and parent-subsidiary relationships. The feature can identify missing contacts, suggest leadership updates, and recommend account hierarchy changes through a guided review process, allowing users to approve modifications before they are applied.
Coevera has also introduced AI Smart Fields, enabling automatic population and updating of CRM records such as deal summaries, contact descriptions, and revenue estimates. Using information from internal CRM data, documents, and external sources, the system can generate and refresh field values while reducing the need for manual data entry.
The latest version further consolidates AI functionality through a redesigned Voyager AI experience. Previously distributed AI features have been unified into a single workspace embedded directly within the CRM interface. The assistant is context-aware, understands the record or account being viewed, maintains conversation history, and can suggest follow-up actions to support ongoing workflows.
According to Nikolaus Kimla, the new capabilities reflect the company’s belief that AI should enhance human decision-making rather than replace sales professionals. The goal is to remove friction from daily processes while allowing sellers to focus on relationship-building and strategic conversations.
In addition to the AI enhancements, the release includes several platform improvements, including expanded filtering options, grouped email notifications, secure document previews, faster organizational chart loading, enhanced reporting capabilities, and more flexible administrative controls.
With version 6.2, Coevera continues its strategy of evolving beyond traditional CRM functionality by combining customer relationship management, AI-powered sales intelligence, and professional development tools into a single platform designed for modern, adaptive sales organizations.
