Temu has partnered with the Swiss SME Association (SKV) to help small and medium-sized businesses across Switzerland expand into online commerce through a new digital enablement program.

The collaboration, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), will run through 2026 and 2027 and focus on equipping Swiss SMEs with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed in e-commerce. The initiative will include educational programs, information-sharing sessions, and real-world case studies from local businesses already selling successfully online.

SKV, which represents approximately 9,000 Swiss companies employing around 40,000 people, will leverage its extensive business network to encourage SME participation. The association also publishes a trade magazine reaching nearly 75,000 entrepreneurs and operates 20 regional business platforms across Switzerland.

The partnership aims to reduce barriers that often prevent smaller businesses from entering digital marketplaces. By combining Temu’s marketplace infrastructure and logistics capabilities with SKV’s strong connections within the Swiss business community, the initiative seeks to make online selling more accessible for local enterprises.

Since entering the Swiss market in 2023, Temu has expanded its presence by opening its marketplace to local sellers, giving businesses an additional sales channel while providing consumers with a broader selection of products and faster delivery options. The new partnership is expected to further strengthen the digital competitiveness of Swiss SMEs and support their long-term growth in the online marketplace.
