Rezolve AI and ePages have formed a partnership to integrate AI technology into e-commerce software for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe.

ePages is a provider of e-commerce software to retailers in the region. This new partnership will allow retailers to incorporate Rezolve AI’s interactive technology into their e-commerce platforms. The AI will give customers new ways to interact with online stores, differing from the current navigation, search, and filtering methods. Its virtual support personnel can assist with order updates and other product-related information in up to 95 languages.

Rezolve AI and ePages have entered into an agreement in which Rezolve AI will provide its products, including Brain Assistant and Brain Commerce, to ePages’ network of merchants. In return, ePages will use its marketing and promotional channels, including the ePages App Store, to offer Rezolve AI’s products to its existing and prospective merchants.

Daniel M. Wagner, CEO of Rezolve AI, said of the partnership, “This collaboration represents a significant milestone in our mission to impact the e-commerce industry. By combining ePages’ e-commerce software with Rezolve’s AI technology, we aim to enable businesses to provide personalised shopping experiences and real-time customer support.”

Wilfried Beeck, CEO of ePages, provided context on his company’s market presence: “As a provider of e-commerce software in Europe, ePages focuses on making e-commerce accessible for small and medium-sized companies. Currently, over 100,000 companies in 70 countries operate online shops based on ePages’ cloud-driven software, which supports up to 15 languages and is optimised for mobile devices.”

Rezolve AI’s technology includes a proprietary LLM named Brainpowa. The company uses it to facilitate ‘conversational commerce’ and instant checkout and has tailored the model for use in online commerce and retail. Rezolve AI’s website claims that its AI-based engagement platform focuses on improving search capabilities, providing advice, and potentially increasing revenues in digital retail.

The technology developed by Rezolve is described as bridging the gap between promotional engagements and sales transactions. It aims to enable businesses to facilitate immediate purchases at what they call the “point of interest.” This approach involves using various online and offline triggers, such as social media, print materials, and geolocation data, to guide consumers into a streamlined purchasing process.

ePages offers e-commerce solutions for small businesses. The company’s software incorporates features such as automatic updates and new integrations, which are aimed at staying relevant to emerging trends in the e-commerce space.

According to Rezolve AI, the partnership with ePages involves integrating AI technology into e-commerce and provides new customer engagement tools and sales capabilities for merchants.

The future may witness more partnerships of this sort between technology and software platforms, despite the unique aspects of this one and the types of home improvement projects to be implemented. The use of AI in the online retail environment may alter the nature of business relations between the involved companies, adjusting their e-commerce presence to meet customer demands and modifying the management processes of the firms’ online shops.

Although the effects of this partnership will remain uncertain for quite some time, it can certainly be seen as a step in the ongoing process of AI integration into an ever-increasing number of home improvement SMB software platforms.
