Industry veteran brings more than 20 years of experience in live events, theatrical production and experiential marketing to support global growth and expand entertainment capabilities
PRA, a business events and destination management company, has appointed Raymond Zilberberg as Vice President of Production Services. In this role, Zilberberg will lead the company’s global Production Services team, develop business and operational strategies, and oversee team growth as PRA continues expanding its production and entertainment offerings.
Zilberberg brings more than two decades of experience in live events, theatrical production and experiential marketing. Before joining PRA, he held roles at toddstreet and Invision, leading creative production for large-scale conferences, product launches, incentive programs and national sales meetings. His work has involved coordinating clients, designers, producers, fabricators, technical specialists and venues to deliver complex productions for brands including Samsung, Oracle, Gartner and Otsuka.
His experience includes creative storytelling, production strategy, operational leadership and team development, with a focus on building collaborative teams and delivering audience experiences that support business objectives.
“I’m driven by roles where I can make a meaningful impact on both the business and the people behind it, and that’s what excites me most about joining PRA,” Zilberberg said. He added that his priorities include strengthening processes, collaboration and team culture to build a scalable production organization and support exceptional client experiences.
Expanding Global Production Capabilities
In his new position, Zilberberg will work with PRA’s centralized Creative and Operations teams, Global Sales, Strategic Accounts and local teams. The role will focus on developing production solutions, strengthening client relationships and scaling the company’s services across markets.
“Ray brings a rare combination of creative vision, production expertise and leadership experience that will help us continue evolving our production business and elevating client experiences,” said Sharon Crichton, Chief Operations Officer at PRA. She highlighted his experience building high-performing teams, developing scalable processes and managing complex productions.
Crichton added that Zilberberg’s leadership and strategic approach would support PRA’s efforts to expand its global production and entertainment capabilities.
Broadening Event and Entertainment Services
PRA’s Production Services portfolio includes live, virtual and hybrid events; strategic production management; creative and technical production; content development; broadcast and digital experiences; experiential activations; and entertainment production.
The company has also expanded its entertainment services, giving clients access to entertainers, speakers and performers through an integrated talent acquisition and production offering.
PRA combines talent sourcing, contract negotiation, production management and on-site execution through its industry relationships and global network of entertainment partners. The approach is designed to simplify coordination and improve visibility and consistency across event planning and delivery.
Together with its destination management expertise and international network, the expanded production capabilities are intended to help organizations deliver events and entertainment experiences across global markets.
