New platform-wide feature gives more than 100,000 small businesses and creators tools to monitor domain authentication, sender compliance and audience engagement

Flodesk, an email marketing and ecommerce platform used by more than 100,000 small businesses and creators, has launched its Deliverability Center, a new feature designed to help users monitor and manage the factors that influence whether emails reach recipients’ inboxes.

The launch is the first step in the company’s broader commitment to improving email deliverability. The Deliverability Center brings domain authentication, inbox provider compliance and audience health information together in one interface, with tools to address potential issues.

Email deliverability depends on several factors, including sender authentication, compliance with inbox provider requirements and recipient engagement. The new feature is intended to give businesses greater visibility into these areas as email providers continue to update their sending standards.

Making Deliverability Data More Accessible

Flodesk said its existing deliverability infrastructure has supported a low spam complaint rate across its email network. Analysis of more than 14 billion emails sent by Flodesk members for the company’s 2026 Email Marketing Trends Report found a spam complaint rate of 0.01%.

Google asks bulk senders to keep spam complaint rates below 0.30% and recommends a rate below 0.10%.

The Deliverability Center makes more of this information accessible to individual users, helping them identify potential issues and take action rather than relying solely on background platform management.

Rebecca Shostak, co-founder and CEO of Flodesk, said smaller businesses and independent creators often lack access to the specialized tools available to larger companies, despite relying on email to maintain customer relationships and generate sales.

Five Tools for Managing Email Health

The Deliverability Center includes several features intended to help users assess and improve their sending practices.

  • Domain authentication: Displays the status of SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, which help inbox providers verify sender identity. Users receive guidance when records need attention. Those sending from free email addresses can also see information about the benefits of switching to a custom domain.
  • Compliance checklist: Shows which inbox provider requirements are already handled automatically by Flodesk and identifies any remaining actions required from users.
  • Audience health: Groups subscribers into four engagement categories: healthy, drifting, at-risk and unengaged. This helps users identify contacts whose declining engagement could affect sender reputation.
  • List cleaning: Offers light, standard and deep cleaning options to help users manage inactive subscribers. The process archives subscribers rather than deleting them, allowing users to restore archived contacts later.
  • List warming: Helps new users and those returning to inactive audiences gradually resume sending. The tool creates warming segments based on list size and provides a four-step sending plan with fast, moderate or slow pacing options.

Kendrick Wang, product manager for deliverability at Flodesk, said the platform already manages many sending requirements behind the scenes, while the new center gives members greater visibility and more personalized recommendations.

Future Reporting Capabilities Planned

The Deliverability Center is the first release in Flodesk’s ongoing deliverability roadmap. Planned additions include spam complaint reporting, a bounce overview showing why messages fail to reach recipients, and mailbox performance reporting that breaks down email placement by provider.

The company said these capabilities will be added to the Deliverability Center as they become available.

Availability

The Deliverability Center is available now through the main navigation of every Flodesk account. It is designed to help businesses monitor email health, identify deliverability risks and manage audience engagement from a centralized interface.
