New integration allows Quin’s AI assistant to read and update Asset-Map household data, reducing manual work before and after client meetings
Asset-Map Holdings has announced a new integration with Quin, an AI-powered assistant for financial advisors, designed to connect client financial data with automated meeting preparation, record updates and follow-up workflows.
The integration combines Asset-Map’s visual representation of a household’s financial situation with Quin’s workflow automation capabilities. Advisors can use the two platforms to prepare for meetings, capture information during conversations and update client records afterward.
Automating Meeting Preparation
Before a client meeting, Quin can review an advisor’s calendar and prepare a meeting brief using household information stored in Asset-Map.
The brief can include household members, financial information and relationships between different elements of the client’s financial picture. Advisors can also request specific information through text, email or voice messages.
This approach is intended to reduce the time advisors spend gathering information across multiple systems before client conversations.
Connecting Financial Data With Client Conversations
During meetings, the Asset-Map Report provides a single-page view of household members, entities, assets, liabilities, cash flows and insurance.
Asset-Map’s Signals highlight potential risks, while Target-Maps show progress toward financial goals. The visual format is designed to give advisors and clients a shared view of the household’s financial situation during planning discussions.
Quin can capture notes from meetings conducted in person, by video or over the phone, allowing advisors to concentrate on the client conversation rather than manual note-taking.
Updating Records After Meetings
Following a meeting, Quin can update the corresponding Asset-Map household based on information discussed during the conversation.
The AI assistant can add or modify household members and financial instruments and log meeting notes to the advisor’s CRM. Advisors receive a summary of the changes and can correct information through a reply.
The integration also extends to client follow-up. When clients send questions by email, Quin can draft responses using information from Asset-Map for the advisor to review before sending.
Moving AI Beyond Notes and Content
The integration reflects a broader shift in financial services toward AI systems that can act on existing customer data rather than simply generate text.
“The first wave of AI for advisors was about drafting content and taking notes,” said Gabe Caldwell, co-founder of Quin. “The next wave is about putting data to work.”
H. Adam Holt, CFP®, founder and CEO of Asset-Map, said the integration is intended to reduce administrative work surrounding advisor-client meetings while allowing advisors to spend more time on planning conversations.
Data Protection and Security
Asset-Map and Quin said client information remains protected throughout the integration. Quin does not store Asset-Map data, and the data is not used to train Quin’s AI systems.
Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest, providing additional controls for financial professionals handling sensitive household and financial information.
