Recognition follows Atlanta expansion, record CES media showcase, and launch of AI visibility capabilities
Uproar by Moburst, the public relations division of global marketing company Moburst, has been named to the PRNEWS 2027 Agency Elite Top 120 for the second consecutive year.
The annual list recognizes 120 agencies based on factors including innovation, core service offerings, client work, workplace culture, and industry outlook.
Mike Harris, COO of Uproar by Moburst, said the recognition reflects the agency’s teams and their work delivering creative campaigns and results for clients.
Record CES Media Showcase
One of Uproar’s major highlights this year was its largest CES Media Showcase to date, held in Las Vegas in January ahead of the Consumer Electronics Show.
The agency connected clients with more than 150 reporters through product demonstrations and one-on-one meetings before the convention center opened. Client campaigns subsequently received Best of CES recognition from outlets including CNET, ZDNet, and Reviewed.
Additional recognition included TWICE Picks and Future Innovation Awards, while clients also secured national broadcast coverage through Fox News and Scripps.
Expansion Into Atlanta
Moburst expanded Uproar’s geographic presence through the acquisition of Atlanta-based Rhythm Communications.
The deal added capabilities and experience across sectors including education, healthcare, technology, and entertainment, while extending the agency’s presence into a new market.
Building AI Visibility Services
Uproar has also expanded its public relations capabilities to address how brands appear across AI-powered search and answer platforms.
Its answer engine optimization services examine brand visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. The agency analyzes which publications and sources are cited by these systems, helping PR teams identify outlets that can influence how brands are represented in AI-generated answers.
The expansion reflects the growing importance of AI-driven discovery alongside traditional search and media coverage.
Long-Term Client Relationships
Uproar also highlighted the longevity of several client relationships. The agency marked a 12-year client partnership this year, along with relationships spanning 11, nine, six, and five years.
The agency said these long-term engagements reflect its approach of working as an extension of clients’ teams rather than operating solely as an external vendor.
Campaign and Industry Recognition
Uproar’s work for the Orlando Museum of Art also received recognition, with its “Painting a Picture of Success” campaign winning a Bulldog Award for Best Not-for-Profit/Association Campaign.
The agency additionally received a Qwoted Agency Award, which is determined through the platform’s real-time response metrics rather than a traditional award submission. The recognition reflects the agency’s ability to respond to breaking news opportunities and connect clients with reporters during active news cycles.
The latest PRNEWS recognition adds to Uproar by Moburst’s growing list of agency, campaign, and client-focused achievements as it expands its services across traditional PR and emerging AI-driven visibility channels.
