Dialpad, Inc., the industry-leading Ai-Powered Customer Intelligence Platform, today announced the appointment of Nick Slater as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). With 15 years of go-to-market experience, Slater has been serving as interim CRO since August 2023, significantly contributing to the company’s Ai-powered revenue growth and customer expansion. He previously served as Dialpad’s Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Operations & Sales Strategy, where he led team development and crafted an execution model critical to Dialpad’s rapid growth and the adoption of its unparalleled real-time customer intelligence and collaboration solutions.

Before joining Dialpad, Slater held the position of Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of International Sales at SAP Concur, leading a 1,500-person organization to achieve over $800 million in annual revenue. Slater has also held key sales and operations positions at 3M, JP Morgan Chase, and ManpowerGroup. His proven go-to-market, strategic, and operational expertise will be invaluable to Dialpad as the company Aims for global scaling.

During his tenure as interim CRO, Dialpad has enhanced its Ai capabilities and strengthened its global market presence.
