Powered by the Aligned Brain, the new AI agent helps sales teams update deal plans, generate customer-facing assets and automate workflows without leaving the deal environment

Aligned has launched Seller Agent, an AI agent integrated into its AI Deal Workspace, where sales teams, buyers and their AI tools collaborate throughout the sales process. Powered by the company’s Aligned Brain intelligence layer, the agent is designed to take action on active deals rather than simply answer questions or generate content for users to transfer between applications.

Seller Agent can rewrite content, update mutual action plans, retrieve case studies and create presentations, pricing pages and interactive calculators from natural-language instructions. It also provides deal-specific guidance based on available customer information and the organization’s sales playbook.

The launch addresses a challenge facing sales organizations as AI adoption grows: many AI tools operate separately from the systems where deals are managed, requiring representatives to copy information between applications and manually apply generated recommendations.

Bringing AI Into the Deal Workflow

Aligned said Seller Agent operates directly within the deal workspace, using the Aligned Brain to maintain context about customer interactions, deal progress and recommended sales practices.

“Sales AI can’t actually drive a deal unless it sits inside the deal,” said Gal Aga, co-founder and CEO of Aligned. He said the platform is designed to act on the emails, files and links shared between buyers and sellers rather than simply provide advice about them.

The company cited figures indicating that 54% of sellers already use AI agents, while sales representatives spend approximately 30% of their working week actively selling and often manage eight or more tools per deal. Aligned argues that embedding AI within deal workflows can help reduce manual work and improve consistency.

Four Core Capabilities

Seller Agent offers four primary functions within the deal workspace:

  • Consult: Provides deal-specific recommendations based on customer context, company sales playbooks and patterns from other opportunities. It can identify issues such as missing executive sponsors and suggest actions to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
  • Execute: Proposes changes across workspace sections, content, tabs and mutual action plans in response to a single prompt. Changes are linked to their sources and require sales representative approval before being applied.
  • Automate: Allows representatives to configure standing instructions for individual deals. Following calls, the workspace can update automatically, send change-log emails and support one-click reversals of edits.
  • Create: Generates interactive calculators, presentations, pricing pages and other customer-facing materials using natural-language instructions and organization-specific information.

These functions are intended to help teams standardize how they manage opportunities while keeping representatives involved in approving changes and overseeing customer-facing work.

Aligned Brain Connects Deal Intelligence

The Seller Agent runs on the Aligned Brain, which processes information from calls, emails, CRM updates, calendar events and buyer activity within the workspace. According to Aligned, the system draws on 19 times more deal data than call-recording tools or a CRM alone.

The intelligence layer maintains context across three levels: individual deals, the company’s sales playbook and broader market patterns. This allows the agent to provide recommendations without requiring users to repeatedly explain the deal or manually assemble information for each prompt.

Aligned said additional data sources can be connected through an MCP client integration, extending the information available to the Aligned Brain beyond its existing sources.

The platform proposes changes before applying them and links recommendations to their supporting information, giving users greater visibility into how outputs are generated and what they modify.

Supporting the Wider Revenue Lifecycle

Beyond sales, Seller Agent is designed to support customer success and other revenue-related activities, including onboarding, quarterly business reviews and renewals. The aim is to provide continuity from the initial sales conversation through ongoing customer relationships.

Aga said the agent is intended to reduce the manual work involved in transferring AI-generated content into documents, presentations, spreadsheets and emails by allowing representatives to execute tasks within the deal workspace itself.

Beta Availability

Seller Agent is available in beta across all Aligned plans, with pricing to be announced when the product exits beta. The company plans to introduce ongoing company playbook ingestion and additional automation capabilities in the fourth quarter of 2026.
