Wholesale agreement gives more than 5,000 channel partners access to RingCentral’s AI communications platform, marking the company’s first wholesale partnership in Italy

Allnet.Italia has entered into a strategic partnership with RingCentral to bring AI-powered cloud communications to businesses across Italy. The agreement will operate through a fully partner-led model, enabling Allnet.Italia’s network of more than 5,000 system integrators, managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers to sell, implement and support RingCentral solutions.

The partnership marks RingCentral’s first wholesale agreement in Italy and is intended to expand access to AI-enabled business communications for organizations of different sizes.

Expanding AI Capabilities Across the Channel

The agreement extends Allnet.Italia’s communications portfolio beyond devices and infrastructure to include RingCentral’s cloud-based platform. Partners will be able to incorporate AI-powered voice capabilities into unified communications projects and develop recurring revenue opportunities through implementation and ongoing support services.

Emiliano Papadopoulos, CEO of Allnet.Italia, said the partnership gives resellers access to a cloud communications platform supported by Allnet.Italia’s local team, from presales through deployment.

He added that AI is changing business telephony by turning conversations into data that can flow into customer relationship management systems and other business applications.

Homayoun Razavi, executive vice president and general manager of global strategic partnerships at RingCentral, said the collaboration combines Allnet.Italia’s local channel expertise with RingCentral’s AI capabilities to help Italian businesses automate workflows and improve customer engagement.

RingEX Brings AI Voice Tools Into One Platform

The partnership introduces RingCentral’s RingEX business communications platform to the Italian market, with AI capabilities designed to automate calls, assist employees and analyze conversations.

Its Agentic Voice AI portfolio includes three principal offerings:

  • AI Receptionist (AIR): Automatically answers and routes incoming calls, helping businesses reduce missed calls.
  • AI Virtual Assistant (AVA): Supports employees during conversations by handling tasks such as note-taking and administrative work in real time.
  • AI Conversation Expert (ACE): Analyzes conversations to generate insights that can inform business decisions and improve future interactions.

Together, the tools are designed to connect customer communications with workflow automation and conversation intelligence. RingCentral said existing customers have reported outcomes including revenue gains, improved customer satisfaction scores and lower churn, although specific figures were not provided in the announcement.

Focus on Business Outcomes and Customer Experience

The partnership comes as enterprises look beyond AI experimentation toward applications intended to improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business value.

Graham Fruin, senior research analyst for European enterprise communications and collaboration at IDC, said businesses need communications investments that can automate workflows and support efficiency improvements. He noted that RingCentral’s global platform, combined with Allnet.Italia’s local expertise and partner network, provides a route to deployment, integration and ongoing support.

Supporting Italian Businesses Through Local Partners

Under the agreement, Allnet.Italia’s Unified Communication & Collaboration team will work with channel partners to identify relevant AI use cases for their customers’ projects.

The partner-led approach is designed to combine RingCentral’s cloud communications and AI technology with local implementation and support capabilities. For resellers and MSPs, the arrangement creates opportunities to extend existing customer relationships into AI-enabled communications, conversation analysis and workflow automation.

As businesses increasingly connect voice communications with CRM systems and other enterprise applications, the partnership positions Allnet.Italia’s channel network to support the adoption of AI-driven communications across the Italian market.
