Healthcare marketing technology company PulsePoint has unveiled Hatch, a new AI-native conversational platform designed to simplify campaign planning, audience analysis, media activation, and performance measurement through natural language interactions.

Unlike traditional marketing platforms that add AI as an extra feature, Hatch has been built from the ground up with artificial intelligence at its core. The platform enables marketers, media planners, and traders to interact with campaign data using everyday language, eliminating the need for complex dashboards or separate analytics tools.

Powered by PulsePoint’s proprietary healthcare data ecosystem, Hatch combines audience intelligence, research, planning, campaign activation, and measurement into a unified workspace. Users can ask questions about campaign performance, build healthcare professional (HCP) audiences, monitor budgets and pacing, and receive real-time insights from live campaign data within seconds.

The platform also provides transparency by linking AI-generated insights directly to the underlying data sources, allowing users to verify the information behind every recommendation.

Among its capabilities, Hatch can identify emerging treatment trends across medical specialties, provide NPI-level campaign engagement insights, analyze bid performance and creative effectiveness, and answer complex campaign questions through a conversational interface.

According to Ezra Suveyke, Chief Product Officer at PulsePoint, the company reimagined the platform to take full advantage of AI’s ability to reason over live healthcare datasets rather than simply retrieving stored information.

The platform is currently being piloted internally by PulsePoint’s product and account teams before expanding to a select group of early customers. PulsePoint says the launch represents the biggest evolution of its healthcare-focused demand-side platform (DSP) and reflects growing demand for AI-driven marketing tools that reduce manual workflows while improving decision-making.

With Hatch, PulsePoint aims to help healthcare marketers move from traditional dashboard-driven operations to conversational, AI-assisted campaign management that delivers faster insights and more efficient execution.
