QuadSci, a provider of AI-powered customer intelligence solutions, has been named Machine Learning Company of the Year in the 2026 AI Breakthrough Awards, marking the second consecutive year the company has received the recognition.

The annual AI Breakthrough Awards honor organizations advancing artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies across industries. QuadSci was recognized for its machine learning platform that delivers explainable revenue predictions and customer intelligence for go-to-market (GTM) teams.

QuadSci’s platform combines product telemetry, CRM data, and conversational insights to predict customer churn and expansion opportunities with up to 90% accuracy between 9 and 18 months before contract renewal. According to the company, it has analyzed more than 11 trillion telemetry events to train its predictive models and typically identifies 15% of customers’ annual recurring revenue (ARR) as untapped growth opportunities not reflected in existing sales pipelines.

During 2026, QuadSci expanded its integration ecosystem to more than 50 platforms, including product analytics, observability, CRM, and conversation intelligence solutions. Insights generated by the platform can be surfaced within enterprise applications such as Salesloft, Gainsight, Slack, Clari, and Salesforce, enabling revenue teams to act on predictive intelligence within their existing workflows.

“Telemetry is the biggest dataset any software company has, and QuadSci exists to unlock it,” said Sean Murray, Co-CEO of QuadSci. “By combining machine learning with telemetry, market signals, and conversational inputs, we help software companies move from reactive decision-making to strategic, long-term execution.”

The company also highlighted the launch of Q-Chat, a new suite of AI-powered GTM agents introduced in 2026. Built on QuadSci’s quantitative AI platform, Q-Chat combines product usage data with predictive analytics to help sales, customer success, services, and product marketing teams identify customer behavior patterns and revenue opportunities.

According to Dan Harmeson, Co-CEO of QuadSci, traditional CRM records and meeting transcripts provide only partial customer insights, while product telemetry enables AI to predict future customer behavior based on actual product usage.

The Q-Chat platform includes four specialized AI agents tailored for customer success, sales, professional services, and product marketing, helping organizations identify expansion opportunities, improve customer engagement, optimize service delivery, and personalize marketing based on real-world product adoption.

With its latest recognition, QuadSci continues to position itself as a provider of predictive AI solutions that help software companies improve revenue forecasting, customer retention, and long-term growth.
