OnRamp has announced the launch of OnRamp Aero, a new suite of AI-powered agents designed to automate and optimize customer onboarding, engagement, and post-sales operations.

The company says Aero is purpose-built to help customer success, onboarding, and operations teams scale engagement without increasing headcount. Embedded directly into the OnRamp platform, the AI agents are designed to monitor customer activity, detect issues, recommend actions, and support teams with real-time operational insights.

Unlike traditional automation systems that rely on predefined rules or manual prompts, OnRamp Aero operates autonomously by analyzing context, interpreting user behavior, and taking proactive actions across customer engagement workflows.

According to OnRamp, the platform helps reduce the amount of time post-sales teams spend manually monitoring accounts while enabling them to focus more on relationship-building and strategic customer interactions.

“Successfully engaging customers has always been headcount-dependent — the more customers you close, the more people you need to support them,” said Paul Holder, Co-Founder and CEO at OnRamp. “OnRamp Aero changes that math. Our agents do real work on behalf of your customers, your teams, and your operations so you can reduce friction, accelerate time-to-revenue, and manage more accounts with the same team.”

The Aero suite includes several specialized AI agents designed for different operational roles and customer engagement scenarios:

  • Agents for Customers: Embedded within customer portals to provide contextual assistance and guide users toward next steps during onboarding and engagement workflows.
  • Agents for Customer-Facing Teams: Designed for customer success managers, onboarding specialists, and account teams to monitor active projects, detect stalled engagements, and recommend re-engagement actions.
  • Agents for Operations Teams: Built for CS Ops and RevOps teams to convert spreadsheets, PDFs, images, and natural language instructions into onboarding playbooks and operational workflows.
  • Engagement Dashboard: A centralized activity record where teams can review, approve, redirect, or reject AI-generated recommendations before execution.
  • Ask Aero: A conversational AI layer that allows users to query platform data in natural language and receive actionable insights and recommendations.

“We didn’t build OnRamp Aero to add AI features to a product. We built it to fundamentally change how post-sales operates,” said Frank Auger, Chief Operating Officer at OnRamp. “Every agent in the suite is grounded in a specific job that customer teams do today, and each one is designed to be trusted in production from day one, with human oversight where it matters.”

The launch reflects a broader shift in enterprise AI adoption, where organizations are increasingly moving beyond AI-generated content toward systems capable of autonomous decision-making and operational execution.

According to the company, early adopters of OnRamp Aero are already reporting measurable improvements in onboarding efficiency, customer engagement, and time-to-value metrics.

“With OnRamp Insights, my team has gained the internal visibility needed to optimize our onboarding stages,” said Kelsey Gach, Manager of Professional Services at Push Operations. “We’re tracking real-time momentum, identifying where customers get stuck, and we have seen a measurable decrease in time-to-value.”

OnRamp Aero is designed to support organizations looking to improve customer onboarding scalability, reduce operational friction, and create more intelligent, proactive customer engagement experiences across the post-sales lifecycle.
